“I have over 30 years senior level experience in UK financial services which has allowed me to develop a skill for helping individuals navigate their way through the rigours and challenges of corporate life. I bring an ability to listen, support and problem solve in order to help clients accelerate business results and achieve personal success.”

Peter has had a successful Executive career at a number of organisations most recently at Barclays, where he led over 3,000 colleagues as Operations Director for the UK Retail Bank, and more latterly as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Office at Coventry Building Society. He is an experienced main Board Director having been an Executive Director for over a decade as well as having undertaken a number of Non-Executive Director roles.

Peter has a down to earth and engaging style which seeks to quickly get to the heart of complex business challenges. His skill is to coach and support individuals to both manage not only the issues at hand but also the web of presentational and personal challenges that so often arise in business life.

Based in the West Midlands Peter loves engaging with people on a face to face basis and always seeks to make client engagements memorable and fun. As a lifelong Crystal Palace fan he recognises that life can often bring challenges and tribulations. His passion is to break down problems and help individuals unlock solutions whilst making sure they can retain a sensible perspective on what is really important in life.
