Nick has enjoyed an executive HR career spanning over 25 years, and is now a coach to CEOs, their C-suite teams and aspiring talent, offering support both individually and collectively as they strive to achieve their career goals.

As group HR director in three companies (PE-backed, FTSE 250, FTSE 100), Nick has extensive experience across sectors of the power of coaching talent towards a clear career milestone or outcome.

Having seen first-hand the many guises effective leadership can take, Nick recognises that one size does not fit all, which is where the ability to flex his coaching approach, whether 1:1 or in a team, truly comes in to its own.

In addition to his coaching, Nick also provides OD and talent consulting support, and acts as a guide and mentor to CHROs as they develop their HR career and re-structure both their function and the broader business to maximum commercial advantage.
